From Theme Hacks

Theme Hacks is a catalogue of new themes for old games - alternate universes where you play under the exact same rules, but instead of building cities you're growing plants; instead of invading countries you're infecting a host body; instead of buying hotels on city streets, you're burying treasure on desert islands.

Changing the theme can change how people think about the game, how they play the game, and even whether or not they want to play it in the first place.

• Resurrect Doctor Lucky - Notes for a reversal of Kill Dr Lucky.
